My Daily Fortune: My Daily Fortune Finish Line Celebration on New Year's Eve!

December 31 will mark the end of the year and the end of the line for the My Daily Fortune project. And we want YOU to help us celebrate!

If you live in the Kansas City area and you're looking for something fun to do on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, you're invited to join us for the My Daily Fortune Finish Line Celebration!

The party will be held from 6-8 p.m. December 31 at the China Town Super Buffet at 151 S. 18th Street in Kansas City, Kansas (what better place to finish the project than a Chinese restaurant?). The cost of admission is just the cost of the buffet: $8.99 for adults, less for children. The price of the buffet includes a beverage. You must purchase the buffet to be able to attend the party - but where else are you going to be able to celebrate New Year's Eve for nine bucks per person?

Please come and help us toast the New Year and the end of the My Daily Fortune project. It's been an amazing year, and I would love to have you join us in celebration. We'll eat delicious food, crack open some fortune cookies, share stories and even give away GREAT DOOR PRIZES!

Also, if you're planning to go out and party the night away, stop by and fill your tummy before you go! You really should eat something before you drink all that booze.

China Town Super Buffet offers excellent Chinese food in addition to top-quality Mexican and American food, as well as a dessert bar and soft-serve ice cream. The restaurant is located at the corner of 18th Street and I-70, in the new Prescott Plaza shopping center, right next to Sun Fresh.
